Back by popular demand! Practices will focus on stick work, conditioning and team play. These practices will include drills that improve stick handling with both hands and 5v5 – 8v8 mini scrimmages. The scrimmages and drills will not include checking. Boys will be required to wear gloves during practice.

The practices will be shaped to prepare boys to play Box Lacrosse (Indoor lacrosse). Box lacrosse is an extremely fast pace and physical style of lacrosse. It is played on a roller rink 6v6 (w/a goalie). We will practice at the Palisades recreation Center (Baseball Fields)

We will only play 4-5th grade and 6th-8th grade for Box.

We will try and support two team for each age group. This is all depended on if the league allows it. If we can not we may do a rotating roster.

**Waitlisted players will be roster on a weekly biases if register players are absent.

Price: $250

It is required for all athletes to be a member of USA Lacrosse. The membership lasts a year and can be used for all Palisades Lacrosse Seasons, Tournament, Clinics and Private Lessons. USA Lacrosse Membership IDs will be required for registration.
